Premier League Round-Up: Man City Maintain Perfect Start as Brighton Thrash Crystal Palace 5-0

The gameweek’s in the league are not slowing down at all as we were gifted with another jam packed weekend.
Man City maintained their perfect start, Brighton carry on with their incredible run and Arsenal keep up the chase to the top.
Meanwhile, Liverpool bounced back from their defeat against City, Chelsea make it back to back wins and Man United drop points yet again.
Everton 0-2 Chelsea:
Xabi Alonso’s men made it back to back wins with a comfortable win away at the Hill
Dickinson stadium.
Chelsea initially struggled to create chances in the first half but they Pedro Neto scored instantly after into the second 45 giving them the perfect start to the half.
Everton didn’t really offer much at all in this game which led to Neto adding another
and wrapping up the game in the dying moments of the match.
After a mixed start to the season for Alonso’s new side, it’s another positive result who are looking to look a lot more comfortable.
For Moyes’s side, it’s a disappointing result at home where they suffered their first loss of the season.
Fulham 1-0 Hull City:
Alex Iwobi’s strike proved to be the difference as Fulham picked up a much-needed
three points.
Sessegnon saw red in the last minute of the game meaning Arbeloa’s side had to finish with 10 men.
Hull suffer their second defeat of the season and are now winless in five games after
their impressive start to the season.
While, Fulham finally pick up their first win of the season.
Brentford 1-2 Liverpool:
Liverpool came from behind to inflict Brentford's first defeat of the season in a game
that had a little bit of everything.
The Bee’s started off well and took the lead through a Lewis Potter header in the 45th minute but that wasn’t the end of the action in the first half as Yarmolyuk saw himself sent off for a headbutting action to Jacquet.
Things really started to unravel for Brentford when their discipline let them down,
with red cards turning the game on its head.
Liverpool took full advantage, with Muñoz getting them back on level terms with a brilliant solo effort before Isak popped up with the winner.
It's a massive three points for Liverpool, who needed to show they could bounce back after last week's disappointment.
As for Keith Andrews and Brentford, it's a tough one to take after looking so good for much of the season.

Man City 3–2 Ipswich:
Erling Haaland bagged a brace alongside Phil Foden as City edged a five-goal thriller.
Daizen Maeda and Zian Flemming got on the scoresheet for Ipswich.
Both of City’s goals were Guehi’s fault after two defensive mistakes but luckily for him he has Haaland who saved him at the other end of the pitch.
Maresca makes it seven wins in a row - making him the only manager to win all seven games with a new side.
Newcastle 0–1 Aston Villa:
Johan Manzambi’s goal secured a huge away win for Villa, leaving Newcastle frustrated in front of their home fans and taking another defeat.
Unai Emery’s side are picking up form again and move level on points with the Magpies who are dropping form.
Matthias Jassle knew this wasn’t going to be an easy job but he needs to start picking up form quickly.
Bournemouth 2–0 Sunderland:
Marcus Tavernier and Evanilson found the net as Bournemouth claimed a comfortable victory.
Danso picked up a red card in the 17th minute which made the game comfortable for the Cherries.
Brighton 5-0 Crystal Palace:
Well, that was one way to win a derby!
Brighton absolutely battered Crystal Palace in a result that their fans will be talking about for a long time.
The Seagulls came flying out of the blocks, with an early own goal followed by strikes from Gómez and Ayari putting them three up inside the opening ten minutes.
Palace were all over the place, and Brighton looked like scoring every time they went forward. Gomez has surely scored the goal of the season with his half way line strike!
It went from bad to worse for Palace as the goals kept on coming for Fabian Hurzeler’s side who move to third in the league - an amazing start for the Seagulls.

Leeds United 1-1 Manchester United:
Manchester United dropped more points after being held to a draw by Leeds at Elland Road.
United took the lead through Bryan Mbeumo in the first half and would've fancied their chances of seeing the game out from there.
But Leeds weren't going to roll over, especially in front of their own fans, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin got them back on level terms shortly after the break.
In the end, a draw was a fair result but there’s more growing concerns for Michael
Carrick’s side as they are seriously lacking at both ends of the pitch.
Nottingham Forest 0-1 Arsenal:
Arsenal left it late but got the job done at the City Ground, with Noni Madueke scoring the only goal of the game in the 80th minute.
Forest made life difficult for the Gunners and defended well for long spells, but Arsenal kept pushing and eventually found the breakthrough when it mattered most.
It wasn't the most convincing performance from Mikel Arteta's side, but at this stage of the season, these are the sorts of games you have to win if you want to stay in the title race.
Arsenal won't be too bothered about how pretty it looked, because the three points are what count.
Forest, on the other hand, will be gutted to come so close to getting something out of the game only to leave with nothing.
Tottenham 3-1 Coventry:
De Zerbi’s side pick up their first three points of the season with a much needed win against Coventry who lose after back to back wins.
Maddison scored his first goal after his long term injury against his former club before Rudoni levelled up early into the second half.
However, Spurs didn’t back down as Marmoush scored his first goal for his new club with a lovely strike before Ben Davies wrapped up the game in the final minutes.
