Unai Emery's side, which lost convincingly to both Brighton away and Arsenal at home, showed more signs of a stronger performance in today's match against the Tigers.

The Spaniard will be hoping Tammy Abraham and Nicholas Jackson can chip in together to fill the void left by Ollie Watkins following his departure in the summer transfer window.

The Tigers, before the season began, would not have believed their start to the season with two wins and a draw, leaving them second with seven points from three games, while Villa are 17th.
