Real Madrid progressed to the Champions League quarter-finals as a Vinícius Júnior brace helped Álvaro Arbeloa’s men defeat 10-man Manchester City both on the night and on aggregate.

The result means the record winners triumphed 5–1 on aggregate, eliminating Manchester City for a third consecutive season.
