Tottenham Hotspurs host the Cherries at their own backyard, it gives a cracking pre-match vibe in this season of the Premier League. Tottenham have kept a clean record against Bournemouth by winning their first five home games against them without conceding any goals. However, in their last three clashes with the Cherries, they managed to win just 1, draw 1 and lose 1.
So far, Tottenham Hotspur have kicked off this Premier League season by clinching victory in their first two matches. They’ll be looking to continue this winning streak in their third game as they aim to keep their record of winning the first three matches for the fourth time in the league.

On the other hand, Bournemouth have been a fierce force in their last six away games in the capital, winning 5 out of 6 matches and drawing 1. However, the record doesn’t go too far back, as they’ve lost 17 out of their previous 23 encounters in London (W3, D3, L17). They are eyeing back-to-back top-flight away wins in the capital for the first time since 2018, when they beat Chelsea in January and West Ham in August.

Tottenham won their first two games against Man City (2-0) on 23rd August and Burnley (3-0) on 16th August. So, Spurs feel confident about winning the game against the 9th-ranked team in the league so far.
Meanwhile, the Cherries have also played two games, managing a win against Wolves (1-0) and putting up a fight at Anfield before ending in a loss against Liverpool FC after coming back from two goals.

Coming back to this game, Spurs certainly have an edge over the Cherries as they’ll be playing on their home ground with immense support throughout the stands. Bournemouth, however, will be looking to bounce back after their loss in the last game against Brentford FC (0-2) in the EFL Cup.
